Terms & Conditions of Booking

 

Payments accepted - Cash, BACS, Debit/Credit Card & Klarna.

Refunds - 14 working day cooling off period as long as no course steps have been completed online or in person.

Cancellations

​

Failure to attend your course - a full course charge will apply to rebook.

​

If you can't attend your booked in-person training session for reasons such as illness or request to change the date within 7 days of the booked session - a £40 rebooking fee will apply. If I am unwell and cannot perform the training session, I will offer you the next available date, or a full refund will be offered.

Online Course Etiquette (video calls)

​

Please make sure you are away from noise & and interruptions. If there are lots of interruptions, I will cancel the session, and a rebooking cost will occur. A good internet signal is your responsibility for the video call so please check this before you book any online learning.

Certificates

​

Once the course requirements have been fulfilled, your certificate in digital form & paper hard copy will be issued. If you require a replacement paper copy this can be supplied at a cost of £5.00 each.

Insurance

​

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct liability insurance for the services you offer.
